At Nilantix, we aim to provide quality products to our customers.

We do not offer returns or refunds once the product is delivered.

Exchange is only available if the product is damaged or defective during delivery.

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability).

If the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or reported after the allowed time, the request will not be accepted.
