Refund policy

At Nilantix, we aim to provide quality products to our customers.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once the product is delivered.

  • Exchange is only available if the product is damaged or defective during delivery.

  • To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability).

  • If the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or reported after the allowed time, the request will not be accepted.
